Dr. Shah graduated with Bachelors in Physiotherapy in 2008 from MS University, Baroda, India. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University in 2014.
Through her years of employment and continuing education, Dr. Shah brings knowledge and experience that helps her conduct various therapeutic techniques and manual therapy. She is certified in manual therapy techniques such as Maitland and Mulligan techniques
With these approaches combined with exercise prescription she tailors personalized plan of care for individual patients. She is specialized in treating repetitive stress injuries, complex orthopedic injuries, post-operative care following sports related procedures like ACL reconstruction, labral repairs of hip/shoulder, lumbar and cervical spine pain and postural abnormalities.
In her spare time, Dr. Shah likes to spend time with her husband and two sons. She enjoys yoga, outdoor activities, hiking and traveling with her family.
